Professional Webdesigner neede

Hello,

I am a young entrepreneur looking for someone who is extremely experienced in the field of web design/ecommerce etc.

I have a revolutionary idea, but sadly I do not come remotely close to possessing the skills to build the site for the idea. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who would like to help me, and maybe even become partner, for this idea of mine.
